Terms of Use
Last updated: October 5, 2026This site tells you about Cook's Barbershop and helps you reach us. Using it means you agree to these simple terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this site
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes: reading about us, finding our hours and prices, calling us, sending a message, and booking. Please do not misuse the contact form, try to break or overload the site, or copy it to pass off as your own.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep hours, prices, and services up to date, but they can change. Prices on the site are the regular prices at the time of the last update. If something matters to you, such as hours on a holiday, call us at 435-884-0953 before you drive over. Shop hours and prices in the shop are the final word.
Booking and appointments
Online booking is handled by Setmore, a separate company. Pressing a Book button opens Setmore's site in a new tab, and Setmore's own terms and privacy policy apply there. An appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Setmore or from us. If you need to cancel or change, please call us as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
Payment
We accept cash and Venmo in the shop. This website does not take payments.
Contact form
Messages you send through the form come to us by email. We do our best to reply during business days, but a form message is not an emergency line. For anything time sensitive, call.
Photos, text, and ownership
The photos, logo, text, and design on this site belong to Cook's Barbershop or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. The site was designed and is hosted by James Bigney (jamesbigney.com).
Links to other sites
Links to other sites, such as Setmore or Google Maps, are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website. Read our Accessibility Statement for what we have done and how to reach us if something does not work. We follow accessibility best practices, but we cannot guarantee that every page will meet every standard at every moment.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cook's Barbershop is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on information on it, including a temporary outage of the site or of Setmore. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
