What we collect

Our web host may keep basic technical logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify or follow individual visitors.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your question or help you book. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. The site uses a few outside services, and some of your information passes through them only when you use that feature:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. Links to other sites open their own pages with their own policies.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use cookie banners because it has nothing to ask you about. If you load the Google map or open Setmore, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Fonts
Fonts are served from this website itself, so your browser does not contact a font provider when you visit.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages stay in our email inbox until we no longer need them for the conversation. You can ask us to delete a message at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 435-884-0953 or email james@jamesbigney.com. If you do not want to send any information, you can call us or walk in.
Children
This website is for adults and for parents booking for their kids. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site uses HTTPS so the connection between your browser and the site is encrypted. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as payment details through the form. We accept cash and Venmo in the shop.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
